For several years authors solves a problem of creation network knowledge database, combining constantly upgraded and updated database of experimental data given in a low energy range (both on nuclear structure, and for nuclear reactions) with software, founded on use of fundamental nuclear models and reactions and allowing easy get required information in suitable for user form, as well as conduct the all-round analysis experimental data and nuclear dynamics under low and intermediate energy within the framework of modern generally accepted models.
