The control systems basing on artificial intelligence have a series of advantages in the comparison with usual controllers. The intellectual controllers are capable to be trained, to study an exterior medium, to select the best strategy of object's control, to predict the future state of object. In this work the method of control of computing system performance is offered at restriction on a malfunctions' stream, using a mathematical means of cognitive maps.
