Abstract

The approach to creation of the open decision making support system is considered. The formal model of this system is based on the semiotic apparatus. The mathematical apparatus of the description of fuzzy dynamic systems is proposed. The Trincon tool for fuzzy dynamic decision making support systems designing is developed. The example of usage of the Trincon tool for fuzzy dynamic decision making support systems designing are reduced.
