Alexander Grigoriev: COM Approach to Synchronization of Analytical Instrument with External Devices CSIT 2000 : 122-130
Nearly all software produced for analytical instrument has the same shortage: protocol of synchronization the analytical instrument with external devices is described inside the source code and software does not allow including new external devices into the shipment. Described approach allows avoiding these problems and raising performance characteristics of the software.
