To elucidate the environment protection policy in North- West region of Russian Federation completely, a lot of aspects should be available for general public. Here are the different natural characteristics, necessary for scientific investigations on environment conditions. The same is for information on nature conservation laws, administrative standards, government organisations and non-government organisations (NGOs) and their activity. There should be the different ways of discussion of problems, concerning the environment conditions, for scientists, journalists and politicians.
The amalgamated hypermedia information system is composed in Sechenov Institute of Evolutionary Physiology and Biochemistry RAS (IEPhB). It consists of the next parts:
Thus, this information system represents the distributed server network, embracing the considerable aspects of natural scientific investigations and environment conservation policy, mentioned above, and making them available through the Internet system.
