Abstract

The problem of cognising the external world by an individual is under discussion. System modelling of cognition process and information model of knowledge representation are proposed. The knowledge formation scheme based on the system approach to the process of cognition is suggested. Knowledge accumulation in intellectual information system and Case-Based Reasoning to decision making support is under discussion.
