Project management has one important characteristic - exactly defined and formulated goals, from the highest level down to most detailed goals and problems. Therefore, the system modeling method must be used there. The system modeling method, well recommended in different object areas, is one of the methods of information organization. The system model can be presented as hierarchy of goals. The consecutive achieving goals secures successful finishing the project. According to the method of designing the system for problems solving support, functions of problems solving are marked in system model.
