Abstract

The investigation of the existing management process is considered to be one of the step of successful performance of enterprise management process reengineering .[5]

Realization of enterprise management process occurs within the limits of enterprise management system - structure in which we can choose the object of management and managing body itself in accordance with the management theory. At the enterprise the object of management is the production process. The role of managing body is played by the managing departments.
