Creation of Financial Flows' Planning, Management and Control System.

Abstract

In this article I focused on the problems and possible resolution keys which would arise when creating a system of financial flows' planning, management and control of a budget entity (university). This system aims to control agreements' execution, which Moscow Engineering Physics Institute (Technical University) signs with the third parties. The system is also able to forecast the future periods expenses and university cash inflow. The system accounts for the university's specifics which has certain scientific research orders and is deeply involved in commercial activities, apart from its state cash inflow.
