Abstract

Information system "Topical plan for JINR research and international cooperation" is a WWW-Oracle interface which is located on HTTP-server at JINR. The HTML-interface allows the users of any browser through the Internet to receive fast and full-scale access to the topical plan of research works and international cooperation of JINR. The WWW-Oracle interface is created with the use of SQL, CGI, HTML, JavaScript, DHTML and is oriented to work with the Oracle-server as a client application. To store the information about the scientific programs and projects of JINR, the organizations and researchers participating in them, etc., the database located on the Oracle-server JINR was designed.
