Abstract

A distributed and intelligent database for the activities of the functional sites in DNA and RNA was developed. The database has conformational, physico-chemical and statistical properties of DNA and RNA, significant contextual features, and programs predicting the site activities. Currently, the total number of the unique experiments described with the ACTIVITY database is over 400. That is WWW-available, http://wwwmgs.bionet.nsc.ru/systems/Activity/.
